I'm running v2.13.0.381.gca541 and have the same problem when using dhclient.I cannot ping my own IP address 192.168.1.2 probably due to the route rule:
Destination Gateway Flags Refs Use Netif Expire
192.168.1.2 127.0.0.1 UGHS 0 0 em0

I think the problem is with /sbin/dhclient-script

Probably the same as described in http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=bin/12136

Maybe opening a bug report is the way to go.
