New option for finger(1)

Hello yet again,

In the patch below you can find the new addition of the option -8 that
allows 8bit passthrough for fingerd. I obtained this change from NetBSD. For
the rest I've made some minor changes and cleaned some stuff while I was
here. The patch can be found here:
