Hello,

I wouldn't miss IPFW but would miss the dummynet functionality. How 
about depreciating IPFW in favour of IPFW2 and bringing in the 
PFIL_HOOKS conversion of IPFW2 from FreeBSD? I think this would keep 
everyone happy.

I've got some spare time this week and could probably make a start if 
nobody else has the time.
