Since by my opinion making a bug tracking system will waste precious
dev time that could be spent on DragonFly itself, IMHO making a bug
tracking system is not a good idea.

I vote for JIRA ... but have only used bugzilla and tested JIRA once
till now so I don't know how much that counts.
