    I'm still working on -j N support, so if you play with GCC3.4 don't
    use -j N buildworlds yet (they will fail in weird ways due to the .nx
    infrastructure in the 3.4 build).  I've almost got that part working
    but it takes a while to test even on my fastest machine (2800 seconds =
    46 minutes per buildworld cycle on my AMD64 box).

    For the hell of it I did compile up a gcc-3.4 -O3 kernel on one of
    my test boxes.  It is not a recommended configuration and I would never
    do that for a production box, but I just had to see if it worked.  So
    far it seems to :-)
