Ok, so the line: "wpa_supplicant -B -Dbsd -iacx0 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf" goes into the script and into rc.conf reads:

ifconfig_acx0="inet 192.168.1.50 netmask 255.255.255.0"

Will the script get loaded automatically or do I have to add something else into rc.conf?

Though, still having all of it in rc.conf would be neat.

So currently theres no rc.conf way to start wpa_supplicant?

I have used /etc/start_if.acx0 in the past for these kinds of things. It's a shell script that will be run when the NIC is brought up.
