net-snmp

hey,

as i needed snmp for a project, i ported parts of net-snmp, fetch a 
patch at
<http://chlamydia.fs.ei.tum.de/~corecode/net-snmp.diff>.
this one is *not* smp aware, but does compile. didn't test yet whether 
it actually runs. just as a starter for those who are interested
