    Heh.  I can wait.  In the mean time I am going to start committing most
    of the M_NOWAIT -> M_WAITOK changes for code that assumes M_NOWAIT 
    returns non-null, or would otherwise fail in weird ways if it *did*
    return NULL, even when NULL is checked.
