DragonFly 2.8 release engineering update - branched!

    We have finally branched 2.8.  The offical release will be in about
    1.5 weeks.  We need to build packages (which will take about a week)
    and we will also continue to fix bugs and bring them into the
    release branch before we roll the ISOs and IMGs.
