uATX or miniATX :)

Generally don't look for Intel boards, none of them have ECC!

If you need a uATX board with ECC support, take a look at ASUS M2N-VM
for example.

I haven't found a miniATX board that officially supports ECC. My JetWay
AMD board runs with ECC chips, but it doesn't seem to use ECC.
