HACFS	High-Availability Clustered FS

some other's:
NCFS	Network Clusterable FS
IDFS	IP Distributed FS
DANAD	Distributed Array of Network Accessible Disks
GUDS	Good use of disk space

Though HACFS (hack fs) is still my favorite.
