Suggestion fetch instead of ftp for pkgsrc

I think it would be a good idea to switch pkgsrc to /usr/(s)bin/fetch
instead of using the ftp program in the default system. Ive experiened
some problems a number of systems that are behind a NAT router (ERPT
related) which are solved by switching to the good ol' fetch or wget
nontheless. Plus, ftp just produces so much useless output!
