I think you will find what you want under:
  http://chlamydia.fs.ei.tum.de/pub/DragonFly/snapshots/i386/

LATEST-Devel.iso.bz2 or LATEST-Preview.iso.bz2 (i'm not sure where's
DragonFly_Preview these days, though).
There's a bug in the installer right now: first, log in as 'root' to
  ln -s a /etc/malloc.conf
then log out and come back in as 'installer'.
You can then proceed as usual with the install process.

I don't think installing is possible through the Net.
