Standards Conformance

Are there any thoughts as to documenting what standards DragonFly is expected to conform to, and where and why these standards have been deviated from? e.g. POSIX, The Single UNIX Specification, etc.

What are, or are there any standards that DragonFly officially strives to support?

If I were to add this kind of information to the man pages in relation to say The Single UNIX Specification, whould these changes be accepted by the project?

Looking as the handbook it seems that there should be at least another two sections dealing with standards conformance. One should be in the users section which describes standards in relation to user command line utilities, etc., and one should be in the system administration section with similar content.

There should also be similar sections for standards conformance of system interfaces, library interfaces, etc. in a programmer's handbook.
