;-) well I think commandtobuildapackage is a good idea. in fact it
could be offered as a port to provide a suite of programs that provide
the said functionality. for example "setup" will cvsup only package
descriptions and put them in a local format while install will use that
local db to recursively download, patch and make whatever port you want.
. ..no need to change the existing cvsup ports server config.
