    Great!

    I think you just want to add a conditional so binutils214 is not 
    deleted unless binutils215 is found to exist.  This is why I had
    the original binutils212 test (which is now obsolete).  We don't
    want someone to run 'make upgrade' on an un-upgraded system and
    wind up with a non-working result.
