kde 3.3.0

cause i couldnt find any dfport already made i started working on making them
currently only kde3, kdelibs3 and kdebase3 are made, in kdelibs3 i have added
a comment in the Makefile (there are some problems with the dfport),
but otherwise it should work fine, leaf:~rumko/dfports/x11/ is where they are,
hope it will help anyone
