    I have made a ton of changes to HAMMER's flusher which I hope will
    improve filesystem access during heavy I/O operations like rm -rf's,
    cpdup's, big copies, etc.

    I also made a few adjustments to the nata driver's queueing code.

    Some testing of HAMMER would be great.  My biggest concern is that
    I may have left a hole open where the kmalloc pool can get blown
    out again.
