Bluetooth stack

New version of BT stack and utils lay at 
http://griffinslair.by.ru/bt_to_check.tar.bz2

Changes including:
 - merged patches for sdpd from NetBSD;
 - patched bthcid. Now it use plain config file for store keys and pins;

For obex file transfer prefectly working obexapp (comms/obexapp from
pkgsrc).
