New 1.8.1 ISO up

    I've put up a new 1.8.1 ISO, this time with the installer included :-)

    Please do some testing.  The official announcement will occur late
    this afternoon or tomorrow morning, depending on how long it takes for
    it to propogate to our mirrors.
