mail archive issues

FYI, especially for anyone reading this through the project's mail
archive:  The procmail file that converts mail to web pages seems to have
had a typo in it that rarely lost messages.  I think it's fixed, but a few
messages for kernel@ in Jan 2007 are garbled in the archive.
