Kernel options cleanup

Hi,

if there are no objections, I'll remove the following obsolete kernel 
options from the system some time at the end of next week:

From my investigations, the code using those options is no longer 
there. MFS_ROOT and MFS_ROOT_SIZE are old aliases for the MD_* counterparts.
