Thank you for you comment.  Oops, the patch I sent will cause panic
when net.inet.tcp.sack_maxblocks_perconn < 0 :-<  I also need to
reconsider the case where the value is zero.  I will post updated
patch a couple of days later.  Sorry for bothering you all.
