You also need to grab the FreeBSD ports tree. The cvsup file is located at:
/usr/share/examples/cvsup/FreeBSD-ports-supfile
Just change the host from CHANGE_THIS.FreeBSD.org to your locale freebsd cvsup
mirror which you will find here:
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/cvsup.html#CVSUP-MIRRORS
and you should be all set.
