Installer Errata

The integration of the installer into the release image went quite well
considering the immense time pressure :)  However, as is always the
case, a few bugs slipped through.  Errata and workarounds for the
released installer can be found here:

I'll try to keep it updated as more issues come in.  This may also be a
useful link to include in the downloads page, if it gets updated to
mention the installer.
