Release timing for tonight/monday.

    The release ISO is now up on the master FTP site. 

    Tonight is for our mirrors... unless you just can't stand it any more
    and must download.  But lets try to let the mirrors have their way
    for now.

    Tomorrow morning I will check all existing RC2 mirrors to see if
    they have REL and those that do will be listed in updated download
    page, then I will announce the release officially.
