But this would only be relevant *if* it was a copyright suit. But it
isn't - it is contract infringement suit, so SCO redistributing (under
GPL) something IBM released in the first place under GPL (but shouldn't
have) dos in no way help IBM. Not that it is likely IBM would have done
that.
