    ixgbe: enable existing FreeBSD IPv4 TSO code
    
    * This is not perfect but increases sending speeds up to about 3.5 Gb/s
      by TCP connection
    
    * Total throughput has been measured up to 9.22 Gb/s in the sending
      direction
