    kernel - NFE - Align packet data payload
    
    * Offset the RX ring DMA by 2 bytes so the IP header, TCP header, and
      payload is aligned after the 6-byte MAC header.
    
      EM does the same thing.
    
    * Reduces NFS overhead during bcopy()s and also avoids triggering
      nfs_realign.
