Bestserv bug fixed (Re: DragonFly-145f74b...)

    Aggelos forwarded one of the mangled emails that bestserv generated
    due to very large Subject: headers and I believe I have fixed the
    problem.  This should hopefully resolve the issue some people reported
    about not receiving some commit mails.
