  Culminate all our local changes into one file:
  
  Add macro identifier .Dx for DragonFly.
  Add libkcore, libkinfo.
  Standards names not in Groff (taken from NetBSD).
  Use doc-default-operating-system instead of doc-operating-system.
  Add all DragonFly's releases.
  Add missing FreeBSD releases.
  Add missing NetBSD releases.
  Expand locale support with FR.
