I think you misunderstood.

Joerg committed some changes to gzip to day. Some of the mails never 
appeared on the nntp server. I tried to send a post with my nntp client 
to the commit list, this worked just fine and the post popped up at the 
commit list via nntp-server just fine.

Problem is, my post appeared -before- joerg's commit mails, wich he sent 
out before my testpost. Get it? :( I suck at explaining.
