  Log:
  Break the 1.0A release information out into its own page.  We are now
  de-emphasizing the 1.0A release since more recent snapshots are far better.
  Remove the obsolete mirrors.html page (it's information was related to the
  1.0A release only and was integrated into the download page, and now the
  release1_0 page, long ago).  Add a reference to reasonable stable snapshots
  back in.
