OK, nothing appears to have broken :)  But I'm still having problems
with the RAID 5 disk.  I'm going to try rebuilding it, maybe the
controller has it indexed wrong (the RAID 1 on the LSI card used to be
on the 5i controller) that's messing up the driver.  Here's my current
dmesg using GENERIC with HTT disabled in BIOS and no SMP options
enabled in GENERIC.
