panic related to IPIQ work?

I'm posting my null-modem session transcript, let me know if you need
more information, I'm not sure how to reproduce it yet

I had

mpg123 -b 1024 -q -@ ...
cvsup ... /usr/ports
lynx somewhere
and ctorrent (seeding the dfly-1.2.0 iso)
