Heh,  just wanted to let you know that "I sat on down, figured it out..." (it's 
amazing what a 3 yr old will do to your life).

What was going on was that /usr/src/etc/sendmail/freebsd* was in my cvsup's 
refuse file.  Because of this, the file was not being downloaded from the cvsup 
server.  Because of that, when I `make buildworld`, it would try to make that 
file and error out.

Although I have no idea how that got placed in my refuse file, I have removed 
it.  I'm also embarassed that it took my this long to figure out somehting so 
obvious.
