       A      - The sparse matrix
       x      - The contiguous block of right hand sides
       comm   - The communication structure for A
       block_size
              - the number of rhs's
       procinfo
              - the usual processor information

OUTPUT PARAMETERS
       x      - on exit these vectors contain the solution vectors
