I saw in your other email that you used the tarball.

I have not looked but it appears that this tarball was generated exactly 
in between some of the CVS commits. So you only have half of the update :(

I guess you should be able to do a:

  cd pkgsrc
  cvs up -dP

I don't know for sure ...
