It's not the same. Under pkgsrc, bmake package recursive gives you
packages for all newly build software, which is an important difference
if you run a make clean in between. It is also the default behaviour,
but it doesn't hurt as badly as package-recursive and is save to use.
package-recursive traverses the full dependency list, which can be a lot
of stuff e.g. for KDE.
