For what it's worth, I agree.  And it needed saying.  Thanks for
saying it.

If Matt is right, DragonFly is already more maintainable than FreeBSD
and will have better performance eventually; but the maintainability
is not user-visible and the performance isn't there now, so there are
no reasons to crow just yet.  And it's not like everyone in
FreeBSD-land is hostile to DFly.  Many of the top guys have said
they're watching with interest.

Not porting stuff from DragonFly doesn't indicate hostility -- there
have also been persistent complaints about not porting Apple's fixes
from Darwin, but the reason is just lack of developer time.
