Yearly report

I've updated the yearly report to cover December:

I figure that the next report will happen in either July or at the end
of 2004, and I'll worry about archiving multiple reports on the website
then.  (Especially as the website may have changed at that point.) 

Barring any major errors, I'll commit this to the site later this week.
