Had to roll a temporary 2.7.1 tag

    It looks like the wlan merge messed up 'git describe' used to
    build the kernel.  In order to fix the version embedded in the
    krenel I had to roll a 2.7.1 tag.  Other than that, there is no
    special meaning to it.
