make release works again

The make release routine should work completely again.  It was
constantly failing on building the floppies, please make sure that if
you add stuff to GENERIC you consider the implications on the BOOTMFS
disk.  If you do not consider this an option we need at install time
please add the appropriate line to dokern.sh in src/release.
