Introducing the DragonFly BSD Environment

Hi,

I have added the following page for the New hand Book

http://www.dragonflybsd.org/docs/docs/newhandbook/environment/?updated

but some how it does not list in

http://www.dragonflybsd.org/docs/newhandbook/

though i added the page there.

I want to add more content on that page like the packaes location etc.

Let me know if you have any comments
