  Removed files:
    secure/usr.sbin/sshd auth2-pam-freebsd.c 
  Log:
  Switch to auth-pam.c from OpenSSH to unbreak Kerberos 5 build.
  Fix the bug which prevented one process from seeing the death
  of the other. This allows us to remove the pthread hack.
