Can the GPL'ed driver be used as documentation? You only need to know
which bits to twiddle to make it go. Needless to say, the dfly driver
should be coded from scratch in a cleanroom-kinda-way.

But indeed, just plonking in an intel fxp card or somesuch does the
trick too :)
