[issue1454] Unable to boot from external USB DVD drive

I have tested the Dragonfly-2.4.1-rel cd on a Compaq nx6125 laptop using an
external usb dvd drive.

Dragonfly cd boots **only** with ACPI disabled or in Safe mode. In both cases,
if a usb keyboard is connected,the boot hangs.
