Yes, exactly same here. icmp works fine, TCP SYNs go out and replies come back, but they dont get recognized as that. ipf -t 
(top-like view of state table in ipf) shows only state 0/0.

Tried rebuilding the system as of 10 hours ago (10pm UTC) and still the same.
