Nope.  My celeron notebook no longer exhibits the clock-skew issue
(ACPI loaded).  My P166 notebook does (no ACPI).  Running the 20030730
snapshot on both.

I've got a bunch of stats and debug output sitting on the P166.  I'll
post those shortly.
