Intel AGP problems

I've recently swapped motherboards on my desktop machine at home..
Unfortunately, agp now refuses to work.  When I boot up, I get:

agp0: <Intel 82845 host to AGP bridge> mem 0xd0000000-0xd3ffffff at
device 0.0 on pci0

But with the drm tries to attach, I get:

agp0: binding memory at bad offset 0
